Amani Institute Uganda has in the past received generous financial and logistical support from a number of partners including Amnesty International, Peace Direct -UK, University of Queens, Belfast. Currently, Amani is being partially (50%) funded by the UKRI Global Challenges Research Fund as an implementing partner and co-investigator under the UKRI-GCRF Gender, Justice and Security Hub. The Hub is a five-year project working at the overlap of Sustainable Development Goals 5 on gender equality, Goal 16 on peace, justice and strong institutions, and the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security agenda.

We continue to appeal for financial, logistical and partnership support towards our big vision and future projects including thematic documentation, curation and establishment of an “Amani Exhibition Hub” in the new Gulu City, Uganda.
